As part of our Procurement team the Procurement Leader will proactively manage a portfolio of suppliers ensuring we have a world class supply chain into site.

What will I be doing?
• Manage a portfolio of suppliers to ensure our requirements are met
• Work with poor performing suppliers to analyse the impacts of an improvement request and implement an action plan
• Participate in multisite supplier business reviews with a cross functional team (CFT)
• Work within a CFT to ensure successful work package transfers within the Supply Chain
• Support the Supplier Performance Quality Leader in the effective implementation of Supplier Performance strategy and initiatives
• Manage internal expectations with key customers to ensure full customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
What do I need to succeed in the role?
•Good working knowledge of ERP system and MRP2 Principles in SAP
•Significant supplier and order book management experience within an engineering environment
•Experience in Aerospace would be an advantage
•Proven ability to negotiate and influence suppliers using your broad understanding of business and your astute commercial awareness
