Maintenance Plumber required to start immediately.
Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday
07:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Location: Around SW London and Central London
Salary:
£35K - £40K once permanent, depending on performance.
Position Type:
This will be a temp to perm position.
Responsibilities:
1. Trace and track leaks in all types of situations within a residential setting.
2. Working with steel & copper systems.
3. General maintenance.
4. Installing cylinders.
5. Cold water tanks.
6. 1st & 2nd Fix.
7. Bathroom maintenance.
8. Fault identification.
Qualifications:
1. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
2. Previous experience.
3. NVQ Level 2.

Own tools preferred but can be provided.
