Conrad Consulting, in partnership with a leading Architectural studio in Manchester city centre, is looking to fill a Senior Architectural Technologist vacancy, specifically for someone with a proven track record within the Healthcare sector. This could be Hospitals, health facilities, assisted living schemes, or similar. Even someone with a small amount of experience in this sector will be considered.

They work across a wide range of design sectors, but the current role has a particular Healthcare-sector focus. This particular vacancy would best suit a Senior Architectural Technologist that meets the following criteria:
1. Relevant Degree qualification (Architecture, Architectural Technology or similar)
2. Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience
3. Preferably a good mixture of Design & technical skills
4. REVIT knowledge & experience
5. Job-running capabilities would be beneficial
6. Ability to work as part of a team
7. Excellent communication skills
