Newly created opportunity to join our client, a highly successful Wealth Management firm. As a result of continued growth, our client is now looking for a data-oriented, and sales-focused professional to elevate their sales enablement process as LEAD GENERATION MANAGER.
This role involves collaborating with internal teams to identify and cultivate new business leads within their existing networks, nurturing externally sourced leads to the opportunity stage, and ensuring a complete feedback loop. By delivering qualified leads to their investment managers, this position will contribute to expanding and diversifying the client base.
**Note this is not a client facing / sales role
To align with the firm’s strategic goals and drive business growth, this role will initially focus on the following areas to generate new leads;
Existing Clients: Collaborate with investment managers to analyze client books and cross-reference with external sources where applicable.
Inbound Leads: Nurture and manage all incoming leads generated via marketing efforts and third-party sources.
Charities: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the charity sector in the UK for our target audience and cross-reference known clients and trustees.
Professional Intermediaries: Identify the target audience, address relationship gaps, and introduce relevant firms/people to investment managers.
You will be responsible for
* Conducting analysis and research activities to identify decision-makers within potential client organizations/individuals using multiple sources such as publicly available news, social media, and Companies House.
* Create and manage a prospect pipeline in a CRM environment to ensure a sufficient level of sales opportunities.
* Analyze identified leads to nurture and develop information, such as building an organizational chart of their organization, to facilitate conversion to clients.
* Generate opportunities from the current book of leads, events platform, and corporate partnerships by helping investment managers understand the potential within their existing networks.
* Ensure a comprehensive feedback loop to help the business understand why business is lost.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
* Lead Generation Expertise: Experienced in generating high-quality leads and converting them into opportunities. Experience in a similar role, where you have been responsible for using data and providing insights to provide suitable leads
* Experience should ideally come from Wealth Management, wider Financial Services or Professional Services.
* Experience of developing leads in the Private Clients space would be a plus
* Data-Driven and Analytical Approach: Ability to leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and strategy.
* Business Development and Lead Nurturing: Skilled in identifying new business opportunities and nurturing leads generated by other areas of the business.
