Venture Recruitment is partnered with a growing manufacturing business in its search for a diligent and proactive Management Accountant to provide crucial financial support to the group. This is a stable and varied role, ideal for an experienced accountant looking to manage a small team and contribute significantly to the business's continued growth.\n\nThis role requires a hybrid working arrangement, with one to two days per week in Southampton and occasional travel to the Farnborough offices.\n\nKey Responsibilities: \n\nPreparation of monthly financial statements and reports.\nSupporting with budgeting and forecasting activities.\nAnalyse financial data and trends to provide meaningful insights.\nAssist with responding to audit queries, providing audit samples, and liaising with auditors.\nIdentify and implement improvements and efficiencies in management accounting processes.\nHMRC reporting, including VAT via MTD, p11Ds, etc.\nProcessing payroll on a weekly basis\nHandle ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests.\nCredit Control\n Key Skills and Experience: \n\nExperience within the industry at a minimum of Management Accountant level\nAccountant qualified, whether by experience (min 3 years) or professional Qualification\nGreat written and verbal communication skills.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills.\nPayroll Expe\nAbility to work independently.\n\nIf this role would be of interest, please apply or email \n\nVenture Recruitment Partners (also trading as Chilworth Partnership Ltd) is a Recruitment Agency.
