Key Responsibilities:
1. Administer HR processes: Provide essential administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and benefits administration.
2. Coordinate recruitment activities: Assist with job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
3. Employee support: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related matters.
4. Maintain HR records: Update and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
5. Assist with training and development: Help coordinate training sessions, track employee learning and development progress, and assist with organising company events.
6. General administrative tasks: Prepare reports, assist with HR documentation, and provide ad-hoc administrative support as needed.
