Job summary AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY HAS OPENED UP IN THE EPR CONFIGURATION TEAM FOR A 12 MONTH SECONDMENT OR FIXED TERM CONTRACT We are looking for enthusiastic, skilled and motivated individuals to join our team of Configuration Specialists on a 12 month secondment or fixed term basis. Previous experience in healthcare information technology is not essential, although a reasonable level of IT literacy is required. We will provide all the training and development you will need to become an expert in building solutions in our Electronic Patient Record for our clinical teams. Main duties of the job As an EPR Business Analyst and Configuration Specialist, you will be joining a fun and dynamic team of experts in the end to end delivery of electronic solutions which are designed to improve the safety and care of patients. You will have the opportunity to meet clinical staff to map and understand how their processes work and create and demonstrate a new and bespoke electronic patient record. You will then be responsible for the testing and delivery of this, as well as maintaining valued relationships to ensure they have the support and after care needed. This will also include continually developing the solutions and handling business as usual queries.
