What you'll do As the Returns Investigation & Resolution Technologist at Sainsbury's, you will play a crucial role in managing serious product complaints for Argos, ensuring timely investigation and resolution in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA). Your responsibilities will involve conducting detailed analysis to identify trends and issues based on returns levels, customer reviews, and complaints, in order to guide efforts towards resolving key issues and reducing returns. Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including product technologists, operations teams, buying teams, and external service providers, to recommend actions based on investigation findings and enhance product quality and customer satisfaction through changes in manufacturing processes and quality control measures. Your meticulous documentation of findings and maintenance of detailed records will be essential in driving product reliability, reducing return rates, and upholding customer trust at Argos.
