Running the duty office will be part of your day tooanswering calls, managing referrals, and keeping detailed records of your interactions with residents. As a key worker for some, you ll be helping to create and implement personalised support plans, ensuring each resident gets the care they need. And let s not forget the little things that make a big difference Whether it s assisting with cooking and cleaning or just being a friendly face, your role will help ensure everything runs smoothly. We re looking for someone with a recognised Social Care qualification (minimum SVQ Level 2), but don t worry if you re not quite there yetwe ll support you in achieving Level 3 within a year.
