You'll be working closely with a 10-year-old student with Autism and emotional needs, helping them navigate their educational journey. Role: SEN Teaching Assistant at a dedicated special needs primary school in Trafford. Start date: ASAP Contract: Long-term, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–3:30 pm. Pay: £90–100/day (DOE) – paid directly via Now Education PAYE (no umbrella companies). Provide one-on-one support to an 11-year-old student with Autism, assisting them in their daily school activities. Implement tailored strategies to manage and positively influence challenging behaviours. Collaborate with teachers and therapists to create and follow individualized learning plans. Foster a safe and inclusive environment that encourages the student's social and academic growth. Assist with personal care and mobility needs as required. Encourage independence and self-confidence in the student, preparing them for future transitions.
