GTC, who are part of the BUUK Infrastructure Group, are looking for a Multi Utility Construction Co-ordinator who would like to help us reach our mission to "earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service".
As the Multi Utility Construction Co-ordinator your key responsibilities are
* Accountable for all mains work requests being logged onto the system, planned, booked and expedited in a timely and efficient manner in line with operational requirements.
* Raising of all the required job packs either electronically or manually depending on the works and systems in use.
* Ordering of required main materials.
* Receive and log all Customer Queries both positive and negative.
* Liaise with the MU team and wider business to resolve any issues.
About you
* Excellent verbal communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to use Microsoft Office programmes or equivalent.
* Ability to work on own or within a team.
* Ability to prioritise their own workload.
