What’s in it for you? • Competitive Salary • Bonus Scheme – rewarding your hard work and success • Supportive team environment • Career development opportunities • Collaborative working with a dedicated Compliance Team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience • Opportunity to represent a leading provider of complex care services Key Responsibilities: • Lead the attraction, recruitment, and selection of high-quality candidates across the business. • Develop and deliver detailed recruitment plans for multiple recruitment projects. • Manage and monitor the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns, ensuring the hiring of candidates with the required skills, experience, and qualifications. • Identify gaps in care packages and recruit suitable staff in the relevant local areas. • Research, plan, and host regular community events, including job fairs, exhibitions, and recruitment events. • Match staff to clients based on skills, experience, preferences, and shared interests. • Collaborate closely with the Operations Team to identify recruitment needs and create targeted recruitment campaigns in specific geographical locations. What We’re Looking For: Essential: • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the care sector, ideally in complex care. • Excellent relationship-building skills. • Experience in face-to-face and telephone interactions. • Proven ability to thrive in a pressurised environment. • Highly organised with strong attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Experience using electronic rostering systems.
