Registered Veterinary Nurse at Putlands Veterinary Surgery for 20 hours a week – Up to £30, per annum DOE FTE
From gerbils to goats, Putlands Veterinary Surgery is a mixed vet practice located in Paddock Wood, Kent – Putlands pride themselves on their provision to the community in treating pets, farm animals and equine and providing the highest standard of veterinary care to all. Through the variety of patients, they offer an opportunity for it's nursing team to develop an extensive list of skills and qualifications and explore interests.
We are searching for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their close knit, passionate team for 20 hours a week. Working under an award-winning Head Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to experience a mixed practice and be an integral part of Schedule 3 procedures.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified RVN to experience a vastly variant client group or an experience RVN looking to have variety, while having the opportunity to fully enhance their careers.

The RVN role includes:
2. To work as an active member of the clinical support team.
3. To fully participate in the Nursing rota as directed by the Head Nurse.
4. To provide the highest standards of client service and patient care
5. To ensure the timely and effective communication with all colleagues working in the Practice.
6. To provide assistance and support for the Veterinary Surgeons within the Practice environment.
7. To comply with all professional regulations, legislations and standards associated with independent accreditation such as the RCVS practice standards scheme.
8. To comply with CVS's H&S policies and attending relevant training as required.

22. Proven GP skills and surgery experience
23. Eagerness to learn and develop
