What do I need?
The ideal candidate will come from a Motor Claims background, with previous file handling experience in Personal Injury or Motor Fraud.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills are key for success as you will be the first point of contact for our clients. A keen eye for detail and solid problem-solving abilities will also be essential to assist you in identifying red flags that may indicate fraudulent behaviour.
Whilst experience and qualifications are desirable, above all we hire based on potential so, if you are enthusiastic, ambitious and want to learn to develop your career within an exciting and niche area of law, we can offer you the training to succeed.
