Position Summary
We are looking for a National Account Manager to join our highly dynamic and driven Mobile eXperience division. This role is an exciting opportunity, working within a successful team responsible for growing our Retail channel across all MX categories. You will play a key role in supporting the leadership of Samsung’s engagement with our customers and driving business through data and insights.
Role and Responsibilities
Key Objectives
* Provide accurate data and insights, liaising with internal teams to deliver the Mobile eXperience strategy.
* Collaborate with all internal teams such as finance, marketing and operations to improve efficiency in these areas.
* Closely partner with the team to support them in meeting and exceeding targets within the account (volume, value, ASP and consolidated profit) and drive market share goals.
* Maintain and grow relationships within our customer at appropriate levels.
Key Responsibilities
* Keep the business informed on latest & projected performance.
* Support the Account Director to measure forecasted against performance.
* Report on Gross Revenue, Net Revenue, Profit, Share, Sell Out vs management plan.
* Support in the monthly reporting and operational management of strategic agreements.
* Draw insights and make recommendations to internal partners to maximize account performance.
You will own all internal relationships with Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial Finance & Accounts Receivable:
* Sales Operations - support with forecasting using internal management plan.
* Supply Chain – Delivery of internal management plan.
* Commercial Finance – Management of commercial agreement submissions and actualization.
* Accounts Receivable – Support the team to safeguard and oversee finance claims processes.
You will have ownership of all contractual agreements for the team, including:
* Commercial agreements.
* Marketing agreements.
* Omni-Channel agreements.
* Contractual sign-off management with our legal team.
* Monitoring and reporting delivery of contractual agreements.
You will support the account leads to build the agreements and Go to Market tools to ensure our commercial objectives are met:
* Participate in quarterly commercial negotiations.
* Support with the Go to Market strategy for New Devices.
Other Responsibilities include;
* Attend weekly cross-functional account meetings.
* Attendance of weekly sales and supply chain/sales operations meetings.
* Support quarterly account reviews and follow up actions.
* Drive improvement of any business-critical issues.
* Planning & coordination of product launch activities.
