Description Continual Service Improvement Manager(CSI Manager) Location: Huntingdon / Farnborough, UK (Hybrid Working Policy) Clearance: High level of security clearance - (DV - Developed Vetting) UNLEASH YOUR POTENTIAL As a result of some exciting programme wins, we currently have a permanent vacancy for a Continual Service Improvement (CSI) Manager to work alongside the Service team for our Government client. Supporting a multi-functional team and to manage the scheduling of project delivery, change and new business. This position is a full time, permanent role and applicants must have DV clearance or be willing to undergo the clearance process. The successful candidate has the opportunity to shape this position from the very beginning. The job begins with activities that include analysing and reviewing as-is processes and procedures, process interfaces, performance levels, tools. Gap analysis will be performed to baseline the ITSM processes. The candidate will be responsible in performing ongoing governance and managing the CSI program to optimize performance and efficiency of people, processes, and tools. Your role and responsibilities; - Support the performance of Gap Analyses - Review documentation & validate against what is done. Validate workflows, problem escalation rules, and roles. - Plan and lead CSI activities. - Establish & maintain transparent and respectful working relationships with Authority leadership by site, team members, and Leidos representatives. - Monitor and report on process KPIs. - Be the point of contact for CSI initiatives. - Maintain the CSI Register. - Chair CSI meetings to review and prioritise initiatives. - Agree actions and track and report progress through to completion, including any financial implications. - Hold post implementation reviews to assess if expected benefit has been realised. - Report CSI status. Required Skills: Demonstrated experience managing the implementation and operation of ITSM processes aligned with ITIL framework. - A good understanding of the ITIL processes. - ITIL v3 certification(s) or ITIL 4 Foundation certification(s). - Experience with Government Service Management Framework processes Experience with Defence sector - Ability to provide ITSM process training.
