In this exciting new role, we are looking for a passionate and ambitious HR Manager to join our team and help us enhance our team’s performance and wellbeing, uphold our values-led culture, and further promote diversity and inclusion. In this stand-alone role, you will work with the Director of Finance & Operations (DFO) to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes.
You will ensure compliance with employment law, and that all our HR policies, processes, and systems are up to date, simple, and well-understood. Importantly, you will lead the day-to-day HR functions, providing support to staff across all areas of HR.
