Are you an experienced administrator with the skills our school needs to run our reception and undertake administrative duties in a permanent vacancy at Linwood School? We are now seeking a Reception/Administration Officer to join our teams at Linwood Campus (Winton, Bournemouth) and Springwood Campus (West Howe, Bournemouth). The successful candidate will administer the reception and administrative functions of the campus alongside a colleague under the direction of the School Business Manager and is fully office based. This is a real opportunity for someone who wants to have a hands-on approach to their work on a day-to-day basis whilst being part of a wider, supportive administration team across the school. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a full range of administrative support in line with the job description, which includes daily communication with line managers, teachers and parents to ensure the smooth and effective running of the campus. The position is for 35 hours per week to be worked between the hours of 8.30 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. or 8.00 a.m. and 3.30 p.m. Monday to Friday, term time plus INSET days (39 weeks per year).
