Job Description
EMEA Payroll Specialist (Interim)
* End to end payroll processing across various regions, in line with company compliance/UK and/or European legislation
* First point of escalation for wider business regarding technical queries
* Supporting colleagues with other EMEA Payrolls such as France, UK, Germany, Poland etc.
* Work closely with the EMEA payroll manager to assist with audit and payroll journals
* Continually review payroll procedures
The Successful Applicant
* Immediately available or on short notice
* EMEA Payroll exposure (highly desirable)
* Commutable distance to Reading and happy to be on site 3 days per week (free parking on site)
* Strong communicator and can work independently
* Team Player
What's on Offer
* Immediate Start (can look at someone on short notice)
* Reading (free parking on site) and easy access via public transport
* 40 hours per week (typically 8:30 - 5:30 but can have flexibility on the start and finish times)
* In office Tuesday and Wednesday and one other
* Salary: Hourly rate equivalent of c. £55k (hourly pay + holiday pay)
* 6 months minimum term (high likelihood of extension)
