About the role
Benefact Group, are looking for a HR Consultantto join ourGloucesteroffice.
As a HR Consultant, you willprovide professional Employee Relations and Business Partnering support for all SBU’s.

Key responsibilities
* Manage caseload of employee relations work on behalf of Business areas, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are advised and updated.
* Provide specific employee relations services and advice, ensuring high levels of service and optimum cost effectiveness for the company.
* Act as an effective link between HR Administration and Business Partnering ensuring timely accurate documentation.
* With support from HR Business Partners, manage own areas acting as a trusted partner to the business working in partnership to achieve business objectives.
* Ensure company policies are updated and compliant with current regulations – carry out at least an annual review of each policy as directed.
* Owning the wellbeing agenda and working in partnership with Group Health and Safety.
* Support annual processes such as pay review, performance ratings, talent reviews and objective setting.
* Support internal relevant interventions to support managers across the business.
* Support structural change with support of HR Business Partners and for own areas where required.
* Act as an escalation point for the wider HR team.
Knowledge, skills and experience
* Proven strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience of managing stakeholders and influencing people, process and procedure.
* The ability to multi-task, manage work under pressure, to complete work accurately and deliver to agreed deadlines.
* Proven ability to break down problems to understand the root cause.
* Ability to make recommendations for change/improvement.
