Central Employment are delighted to be working with a fast-growing Growth and Digital Transformation Consultancy, as they look to recruit an agency-biased Paid Search Strategist, joining their Growth team in the North East.
£35k DOE, hybrid working (1-2 days in the office), PDP, career development, flexi hours, and part of an inclusive Growth team.
Key responsibilities:
* Assist the Growth team in delivering high-quality campaigns for clients.
* Develop, execute, and optimise cutting-edge Google Ads and PMax campaigns from conception to launch.
* Work cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organisation.
* Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders.
* Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid search KPIs.
* Build out media buys for various ad platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media.
* Oversee and manage the overall paid media budget.
* Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting.
* Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies.
You must have agency experience ensuring paid search projects are successfully planned and executed while contributing to the growth of client accounts via paid search strategies. In-depth experience in Google Ads and PMax platforms and algorithms is required.
