Join a leading Microsoft Partner working across several industries including Healthcare, Retail, and Media.
My client is currently looking for an experienced D365 CE Technical Consultant to join their enthusiastic team based in Leeds.
Your role is to demonstrate expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE specializing in technical design ensuring that customers get the maximum results from their tailored solutions.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
2. Specialize in Design, with extensive knowledge of Dynamics CE - Sales, Marketing, Service, Field Services + Power Platform.
3. Liaise with Business Analysts, End Users, and Developers to deliver designs suitable for meeting the clients' needs as well as being responsible for integration with third-party systems.
4. Specialize in expertise in C#, HTML + JavaScript.
5. Manage the design and lead technical teams throughout full project life cycles.
6. Provide valuable technical support.
Skills & Qualifications
1. Senior Level - Experience in Microsoft stack with a history of working as a technical consultant within a Microsoft Dynamics CE (CRM) environment.
2. Strong background as a D365 Developer.
3. Proven track record of delivering successful implementations on complex Customer Service and Field Service engagements.
4. In-depth understanding of D365 CE and experience of working on full life cycle implementations across various versions of Dynamics CRM - 4.0, 2011, 2013, 2016, 365.
5. Ability to write and deliver high-level technical design documentation.
