Duration: 5 years’ work Overview: This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Site Engineer to join a highly reputable Tier 1 Main Contractor on a €multi-million industrial project in Co. Derry. This major project includes the construction of a data centre building, substation compounds, generators, switch gear, transformers, internal access roads, security perimeter fencing, gatehouses, car parking, external lighting, and associated works. The project is only recently underway and promises long-term work in the area, with up to 5 years work because there are multiple phases planned for the future. Responsibilities: Oversee engineering activities on-site, ensuring works are completed to the highest standards. Coordinate with the Site Manager and Project Manager to drive project progress. Manage subcontractors and site personnel, ensuring health & safety compliance. Maintain quality control procedures and ensure adherence to project specifications. Requirements: A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 5 years’ experience working as a Site Engineer with an Irish Main Contractor Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage subcontractors and liaise with the project team.
