Job Specifics (not exhaustive): Working as part of the cost capture team, provide administrative support to project teams and managers Maintain project documentation and files Prepare and distribute project reports, presentations, and correspondence Conduct research and gather information as needed for projects Assist with data entry and record keeping Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting Client & Supply Chain communication and relationship management Conduct other administrative support duties as required. The Candidate Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages, in particular, with Excel and Word. SharePoint knowledge would be an advantage. Ability to collate & record data as required. Good English language and numeracy skills Experience in an administrative function (accounts background preferred but not essential) Able to work as part of a team to achieve deadlines.
