We are currently on the lookout for a People & Culture Manager, to join the crew. You will report to the General Manager and Head of Talent & Culture. This is a great role for anyone who is looking for their first managers role or development in a fast paced environment.
The Role
As a People & Culture Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce, fostering a positive work environment, and driving our culture of excellence.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in the hospitality industry.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify recruitment needs, create job descriptions, and manage the recruitment process.
• Implement effective onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires have a smooth transition and feel connected to the organisation.
• Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Partner with managers to create performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
• Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, such as recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our talent management and culture initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
