We are working with an established forwarder who is recruiting for an Airfreight Export Clerk.
Role involves:
1. Start to Finish Exports, working within a team environment, providing high standard Customer Service.
2. Taking on new shipments.
3. Making bookings with Airlines.
4. Monitoring the joint email box.
5. Completing Export customs entries.
6. Completing Quotations.
7. Dealing with collections.
8. Completing HAWB and MAWB.
9. Supporting the Supervisor.
10. Liaising with overseas branches and internal customers.
11. Reviewing all customer booking instructions ensuring that all are followed.
12. Raising sales invoices accurately within agreed KPI timescales.
Experience:
1. 2-3 years Air Export experience.
2. Start to Finish experience including good customs.
3. Good education.
4. Previous customer service experience.
5. Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
6. Team player.
Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm
30 days holidays including Bank Holidays.
Salary depends on experience.
