Job Title: Temp HR Administrator - Altrincham Based
Salary: £13.08 per hour, weekly pay.
Start Date: Immediate, with potential to go permanent within the first 3 months.
Responsibilities:
1. Support the full recruitment cycle for multiple roles across the business.
2. Manage DBS checks and references for all new starters.
3. Arrange internal and external meetings using Outlook calendars.
4. Maintain the HR data management system.
5. Issue contract amendments for promotions, pay rises, and changes to terms.
6. Create social media content for the HR and Recruitment functions.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
8. Undertake any other ad hoc project work as required.
9. Demonstrate passion for people with excellent organisational skills.
10. Hold CIPD Level 3 qualification or be interested in studying towards it.
