We are recruiting for a Junior Project Co-ordinator for one of our manufacturing clients based in Aylesbury. This role is ideal for someone who has some Administration and Customer Service experience and is looking to start a career in Projects Co-ordination and also for candidates with good hands on manufacturing, light engineering who are now looking to move into a more commercial role. Full training will be given on the role and the SAGE system which the company uses. As a Junior Project Coordinator, duties will include but not limited to: Assisting with production planning Communicating with customers via email and telephone Scheduling deliveries Attending production meetings Checking goods-in and goods-out Processing purchase orders Updating delivery notes on system Other tasks as required, including some hands on production Working hours will be 08:00 - 17:15 Monday to Thursday & 08:00 - 13:00 on Friday.
