We are members of Research in Practice.
Your New Role:
You will work closely within the Children and Families Service to commission workforce development activities. You will provide a consultancy service to establish training needs and identify solutions and monitor and evaluate the quality of delivery. You will use coaching and mentoring skills to support staff and provide advice and guidance on workforce development solutions. You will ensure all course descriptions and outcomes meet the required PCC standards, and create reports on workforce development activity and spend against agreed budgets. You will support reflection in social work practice, and support Student Social Workers on placement.
What you'll need to succeed:

You have a recognised qualification, apprenticeship or experience that is transferable to this role. You have a passion for the development of people to enable them to fulfil their full potential, and a willingness to learn and develop your own skills and knowledge.
