This will involve working across a number of our Centres of Excellence and businesses (ie. Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Shared Services, Total Rewards and HR Business Partnering)ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Support Talent Acquisition Specialist with key TA processes to hire against new requisitions on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Project Management support for contingent worker project and transition to Success FactorsSupport HR Shared Services Advisor on employee lifecycle processes (contract generation, HR policies and procedures, onboarding\/offboarding, employee letters etc)Integral end to end support on Talent Review process, appreciation of talent identification, calibration, and programmes to develop top talentCreate a Talent & Development Engagement Plan to support engagement of learning and building a learning cultureReview corporate Induction and update\/improve content where necessaryProject management support for implementation of Total Rewards ProjectsAssist with preparations for year-end reward processes (salary\/bonus review)QualificationsPosition Requirements:Pursuing a bachelordegree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field (or equivalent qualification)You will be looking to complete a 12-month placement in your third or penultimate year of study, returning to your course at the end of the placementDemonstrates clear and effective communicationKyowa Kirin International is an equal opportunities employer.No agencies please.Apply for this job onlineKyowa Kirin International is an equal opportunities employer.
