Job Title: Lead Electrical Engineer\n\nLocation: (West London) \n\nContract: ( offices)\n\nSalary: (£52K-£55K Per Annum) \n\nOne of my client's is looking for an experienced and driven Lead Electrical Engineer to join one of their flagship static contracts in the City of London. This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing a team of 5 multi-skilled engineers, ensuring the smooth delivery of all electrical and building services maintenance across the site.\n\nThis position reports directly into the Site Contract Manager, offering fantastic scope for professional development and the chance to be part of a well-established, high-performing team.\n\nBenefits: \n\nSalary - 52K to 55K per annum \nMon to Fri (8am to 5pm) \nStatic - City of London\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of a team of 5 engineers.\nOversee all electrical maintenance, including PPM, reactive works, fault finding, and repairs.\nAct as the site's primary technical authority on electrical systems.\nLiaise closely with the Contract Manager and client, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.\nProvide hands-on support where necessary, across electrical and basic mechanical systems.\nManage statutory compliance, health & safety regulations, and site documentation.\nAssist with subcontractor management and specialist works.\nMentor and develop junior engineers within the team.\n\nKey Requirements:\n\nLevel 3 NVQ/City & Guilds in Electrical Installations.\n18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualified.\nStrong experience in a similar lead or supervisory role within building services/FM.\nExcellent knowledge of electrical systems, fault finding, and remedial works.\nBasic mechanical maintenance knowledge advantageous.\nExcellent communication and leadership skills.\nAbility to work client-facing and build strong working relationships. \n\nRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
