Technical Site Architect – Development Consultancy We are looking for a Technical Site Architect with excellent Revit skills to join our Development Consultancy team in London. The role is to support the Development Consultancy team working on existing residential buildings to investigate current construction conditions and to develop and implement refurbishment and remediation solutions. If you have site experience, working on High-Risk Building projects or you are an experienced Technical Architect wanting to test your construction knowledge and skills on site, we'd love to hear from you. In this role, you would be attending site regularly to assist with site queries and quality control as well as deliver fully detailed construction packages in order to achieve Building Regulation approval. You would also produce design or technical information in accordance with an agreed program of work, propose alternative solutions as issues with the construction arise. You would lead projects as required including resource and financial management as well as undertake contract administration and construction progress inspection.
