What They Offer:
* Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience).

* Hours: 37 per week (Mon-Thurs 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Fri 8:30 am - 4:30 pm).

What You'll Do:
* Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues, providing efficient troubleshooting and resolutions.
* Facilitate seamless IT onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
* Support staff with hardware, software, and office equipment needs.
* Maintain IT documentation, including ticket management, user guides, and troubleshooting resources.
* Collaborate on projects and tasks as directed by the IT Manager.
What They're Looking For:
* A proactive and ambitious individual passionate about technology and learning.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
* Solid IT skills and experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Problem-solving mindset, capable of managing time efficiently and staying calm under pressure.
* Knowledge of ENTRA/InTune and familiarity with Active Directory is a bonus.
