Job summary The Pharmacy team are seeking a Band 3 Pharmacy Administrator to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Pharmacist and to the Pharmacy Department by supporting with the day to day running of the Pharmacy office. The successful candidate will have an eye for detail and will enjoy working in a busy environment. Main duties of the job The main duties are providing administrative and secretarial support to the Pharmacy department which includes raising invoices, attending meetings and taking minutes, data entry and being PA to the Chief Pharmacist.
