What You’ll Do:
* Provide essential first and second-line IT support to colleagues.
* Monitor, manage, and respond promptly to CCTV security system incidents.
* Operate our helpdesk, effectively resolving technical queries.
* Troubleshoot and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
* Coordinate with third-party vendors for escalations and repairs.
* Contribute to security projects and ensure our systems remain robust, compliant, and efficient.
* Participate in an on-call rota, delivering responsive out-of-hours support when needed.
Who You Are:
* Experienced (minimum 3 years) in IT support, CCTV monitoring, Door Access Systems and helpdesk operations.
* Skilled at diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly.
* Strong communicator who thrives under pressure and works well independently.
* Certified or trained in CompTIA, Microsoft, or relevant security systems (preferred).
