Job summary We are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist who will work alongside our CoCO Practice Pharmacy Teams and PCN Pharmacist. This is an exciting role in which you will make a real impact. You will be pivotal in improving the quality of care and operational efficiencies so you will require motivation and passion to deliver an excellent service within CoCO PCN. Main duties of the job The post-holder will help patients to get the best from their medicines by communicating medication changes to agreed and approved protocols, improving repeat prescribing processes in General Practice, including promotion of repeat dispensing and online ordering, minimising clinical risk and aiming to reduce wasted medicines. The successful candidate will be supported in terms of learning and professional development through regular meetings with the Practice Team on a variety of topics.
