Our welcoming and inclusive primary school in Thornton is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our team from January 2025. This role is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a child who requires tailored SEMH support, helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for a compassionate, adaptable, and proactive individual who: • Has experience working with children, particularly those with SEMH needs. • Can build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and families. • Is skilled at creating and maintaining a positive, nurturing learning environment. • Demonstrates excellent communication and behaviour management skills. • Has a genuine passion for inclusive education.
