IT Service Desk Technician - Hemel Hempstead - £25K-£28K DOE

Key Skills required:
* Previous experience in either an MSP support desk or field/customer facing role
* Windows 11-10 OS & Desktop OS experience
* Office 365 administration e.g. SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams
* Active Directory/AzureAD
* Good networking knowledge and troubleshooting
* Proven experience troubleshooting and diagnostic experience via logs, tickets and reports
The roles and responsibilities of the role include administering 1st Line support requests, accurate call logging and relevant escalation when necessary. Working closely with the other Service Desk team in a collaborative environment and line management whilst sharing experience and skills where applicable.
