How you drive growth As Sales Director, your focus is on building and strengthening our sales team, while actively working towards achieving commercial goals. You will split your time between establishing and coaching your team and hands-on contributing to sales activities. Your responsibilities Assemble a sales team and coach them to excel in client relationship management and business development. Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic partners in the construction sector. This is done with the goal of generating new business and strengthening collaborations. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and market share. Encourage collaboration across all departments to achieve cultural change. Transform the production company into a customer-focused organization. Monitor KPIs and steer towards customer satisfaction, margin, and revenue. You understand the dynamics of client relationship management and know how to motivate and grow a team. What you bring: Strong networking skills and experience working with architects and construction managers. At least 5 years of experience in a commercial and leadership role, with demonstrable success in achieving revenue targets. Affinity with cultural change and transforming a production company into a customer-focused organization. Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis for strategic decision-making. Additionally, you bring: • Decisiveness and strategic insight, combined with a hands-on mentality. • Technical insight is a plus, but not a requirement. What you can expect from us Salary of £80,000 - £90,000 gross per year. Commission scheme. 35-hour work week. 25 vacation days per year including 3 days during the Christmas period plus national holidays. Option to purchase up to 5 additional vacation days per year. Extra leave for special occasions. Hybrid working possible after completing the probationary period. Lease budget of approximately £800 per month for a petrol, hybrid, or fully electric car. The latest version of the iPhone to support your work. Full salary payment for 8 weeks and 50% payment for an additional 8 weeks after completing the probationary period, in case of illness.
