Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of water hygiene contracts, ensuring full compliance with health and safety standards, regulatory requirements and client expectations.
* Offer expert advice to clients on water hygiene risk assessments, maintenance programmes and best practices.
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor for all water hygiene needs.
* Conduct site visits and audits to ensure that all services are delivered in line with quality expectations.
* Contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities within existing client accounts.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience managing contracts in water hygiene or a related field (healthcare experience is advantageous).
* In-depth knowledge of water hygiene standards, regulations and best practices.
* Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple contracts.
* Excellent communication skills, with a client-focused approach to relationship management.
* A full driving licence and the ability to travel across the specified region.
