Account manager for the Northern Area required
We are searching for an Account Manager to join our Sales team in the UK, reporting to the Sales Director UK/I, with a regular contract.
The role may be performed in a hybrid model (office-home), as per company policy.
What will the main responsibilities of the Account Manager be?
* Represent our company portfolio in the assigned territory, overseeing the assigned accounts and optimizing and expanding them as much as possible, with the objective of exceeding sales goals defined by the Commercial Director.
* Provide information and post-sales support around products and pricing.
* Search for new business lines, analyze the competition and provide relevant information and findings internally.
* Actively collaborate in Marketing activities around promotions.
* Collaborate as needed within Sales and other functions, especially to resolve any client incidents and ensure a resolution is in place.
* Develop and sustain solid relationships with key clients that bring in top targets for the company.
* Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
* Negotiate contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
* Drive profitable and sustainable market share growth within the assigned key accounts across all targeted categories.
* Use insights to understand customer needs and determine how to address them with company resources.
We are looking for an Account Manager that meets the following requirements:
* FBDO qualification preferred but not essential
* Strong understanding of vision care products
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build rapport with key clients and handle multiple client accounts
* Strong negotiation and customer service skills
* Data-driven mindset
* Contact lenses knowledge
* Proficient in Microsoft Office products
* Public speaking skills
* Results oriented
* Analytical and data-driven mindset.
