As a key member of the team, you’ll be responsible for developing new business, managing relationships with existing and dormant customers, and negotiating contracts that drive success. You’ll be at the heart of our business, playing a crucial role in expanding our customer base while ensuring top-notch service and smooth contract finalizations.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Own customer accounts and nurture strong, lasting relationships
* Manage credit limits and ensure accounts stay on track
* Build relationships with existing and non-buying customers, offering tailored pricing and contract solutions for their fuel needs
* Contribute to tender submissions and support airline presentations for contract opportunities
* Prepare weekly reports on volumes and margins, helping steer the business toward success
* Collaborate with your team to hit exciting monthly and yearly targets
* Represent the company at industry events, showcasing our expertise in aviation
* Support service delivery and ensure smooth operations whenever needed
* Ensure accuracy in Sorax+ entries and daily reconciliations, staying on top of price risk and exposure positions
* Manage P&L and take ownership of the financial success of your accounts
What We’re Looking For
* Knowledge of aviation and the bulk fuel industry is a huge plus, but a passion for sales is key!
* Proven B2B sales experience – you’re comfortable negotiating at all levels
* A detail-oriented and organized approach to managing accounts and customer needs
* A professional yet friendly demeanor, with a knack for making clients feel valued
* Tech-savvy – you’re comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools to manage your workflow
* A solid understanding of pricing structures and contracts in the aviation sector (e.g., Platts Related, Fixed Pricing & Trigger contracts)

* A valid driving license is essential for customer visits
