We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for great customer service to join our team at the Helix Visitor Centre next to The Kelpies. As a customer service assistant, you will be the face of our business and will help provide a 5-star experience for all visitors to The Helix. We are looking for individuals with customer service experience who display a positive attitude, are passionate, organised, and can successfully work as part of a team. A strong willingness to learn is also critical.
You will work 17 hours per week over 4 shifts per week across a three-week rota. Shifts will be 16:30 - 20:30 or 17:30 - 20:30 and will include an equal share of weekend shifts. You will assist with selling, re-stocking, and merchandising of our retail range, sharing your knowledge of the products on sale. You will provide information that will assist our visitors as they move around The Helix and/or beyond and perform general administrative duties including taking telephone enquiries.
This post is temporary until September 2025 due to service requirement.
