The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Quantity Surveyor should have:
* A degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
* Proven experience in a similar role within the Construction industry.
* Strong financial and numeracy management skills.
* Excellent knowledge of construction procurement and contract administration.
* Proficient in cost analysis and forecasting.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage your own diary!
