As a MaintenanceManager you will play pivotal role in the business to ensure our premises are safe, clean and fully functional for our guests and the teams across the estate.
This is FIELD-BASED role spanning North West to Kent.
About You: Experience working across multi-sites ideally within retail, leisure or hospitality, Experience of building repairs and maintenance with a good knowledge of M&E systems, Demonstrable experience of carrying out multi trade work, Working knowledge of Health & safety Regulations and the Health & Safety At Work Act (HSAWA), Understanding of Control of Substances hazardous to Health (COSHH), Able to carry out dynamic risk assessments, Ability to communicate effectively with line manager, colleagues, and members of the public, Ability to show initiative and work diligently so as not to disrupt operations, Full clean UK Drivers Licence.
How You'll Keep Busy
- Day to Day General Maintenance : Conduct routine inspections across the estate, addressing plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other maintenance tasks.
From fixing leaking taps to resolving electrical issues or unlocking doors, your proactive support will ensure the smooth operation of the estate.
Preventative Maintenance : Leverage your expertise to develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules that minimise downtime and reduce repair costs, ensuring the estate runs efficiently.
Health & Safety Compliance : Follow established procedures and ensure all work aligns with health and safety regulations.
You'll also play a critical role in identifying and reporting potential hazards promptly to mitigate risks.
Emergency Response : React swiftly and effectively to maintenance-related emergencies, providing both immediate temporary fixes and robust, long-term solutions to restore operations quickly.
Record Management : Maintain accurate and detailed records of tasks performed, materials used, and time spent on each project, demonstrating your dedication to precision and accountability.
Training and Compliance : Stay current with mandatory training and updates to laws and regulations relevant to your role, ensuring you're always equipped to meet professional standards.
