THE ROLE: As Territory Manager, the successful candidate will be managing key relationships within both NHS and Private hospitals, typically calling on surgeons, consultants, theatre managers / nurses and procurement, with focus on both existing and new business. Full product training will be provided and earning potential is exciting and realistic.
THE COMPANY: An international manufacturer of a wide range of orthopaedic fixation and reconstruction devices and ancillaries, with a reputation going back over a quarter of a century. They provide a range of hip and knee products, fixation devices and biologics and they are currently seeking to recruit a high calibre theatre or medical sales professional to manage and grow their business within the South Central and South Coast region
THE TERRITORY: Hampshire, Berkshire, Dorset, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire
REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years in an NHS hospital sales environment and a drive to either break into Orthopaedics or continue in this career path. A stable and successful track record within theatre sales will enhance your application. High level of drive and energy is essential. Candidates will be required to do a practical kit test in the interview process so focus and product preparation is important.
THE CULTURE: A collaborative, achievement-focussed sales team who sell very much on clinical features and benefits and credibility. Technical grasp of fixation devices and practical problem solving is also key!
The Package for Territory Manager:
· Basic: £45,000 to £50,000
· Commission: £24-27k per annum
· Car: Fully expensed company car or £800 per month allowance
· Benefits: Healthcare, pension, mobile, laptop, 28 days holiday (rises to 33) + stats
