Main Purpose
To keep all spreadsheets and workbooks such as the whereabouts/Billing sheet/ Trackers/SharePoint etc updated.
To upload all paperwork for the billing sheet so jobs can be invoiced.
To deal with any invoicing queries and make sure these are rectified before billing cut off.
To create SLD's & update trackers.
To add DFE's for any jobs that are required.

Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work alone without constant direction
Meticulous eye for detail
The ability to confidently engage with colleagues across all departments
Desirable skills & Knowledge
Have worked within telecommunications before and understand a basic knowledge of terminology.
Job related Experience
Confident user or Microsoft programmes including Excel.
Desirable Job related experience
Confident working with numbers and formulas.
Qualifications
GCSE English and Maths at grade A-C or equivalent.
