Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Design Manager at Guildmore Ltd. The Design Manager will oversee the design process from concept to completion, lead a team of designers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure design quality and innovation. The role is based in the Head Office at Bromley and site, with sites in Southwark, Greenwich and Bermondsey, with the option for some remote work.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Design Management, Project Management, and Team Leadership
* Experience in Architecture, Interior Design, and Construction Design
* Knowledge of Sustainable Design Practices and Building Regulations
* Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
* Experience with Design Software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
* Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, or related field
* Previous experience in a design management role is a plus
