To be considered for the Registered Children's Home Manager role, you should have: Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or be working towards this. A true passion for care and working with children. At least 2 years of experience in children's social care within the last 5 years, including at least 1 year at a supervisory level. Experience in a similar role (Ofsted), ideally in a children's residential setting. Experience working with individuals with severe autism and/or learning disabilities. Confidence in meeting and exceeding Ofsted guidelines. A valid Enhanced DBS, ideally on the update service.
