We are currently looking for an individual for our project manager office, serving customers in the UK & Ireland.

Working in a project management office
As a PMO, you are responsible for helping deliver on predefined goals. Your job is to ensure that we as a deployment team and an organization live up to our customers' expectations - that we truly deliver value to our customers. Your main responsibilities include:
* Support the business in driving transformation and develop IT project guidelines and governance in line with PRINCE2 methodology.
* Coordinate project and program reporting cycles, review and sign-off on project and program deliverables whilst preparing status and monitoring reports for management.
* Coordinate project and program budgetary status to allow effective monitoring along with implementation and management of change control processes across the project portfolio.
* Risk and issue coordination across programs and projects, coordinating quality activities to meet quality objectives and ensuring projects are audit ready.
* Support formal opening and closing of projects along with managing and evolving project template repository and toolkit to support program and project management.
* Support Program Management in daily activities and provide advice and guidance on project best practice, monitoring and control.

* You have a genuine interest in IT systems in healthcare.

* Have proven work experience in IT project management in a commercial environment.
* You have a genuine interest in IT systems in healthcare.
* Hold a Prince 2 or Prince 2 Agile Practitioner certification.
